HI! My name is Mary and I’m the owner and creator behind Mi Madre Candle Co! Welcome to Mi Madre Candle Co.—where our products are crafted with love and inspired by tradition. Our candles are more than just scents; they’re a tribute to the generations before us, especially to our madre, who taught us the beauty of family, heritage, and the art of bringing people together.

Growing up, I was surrounded by comforting scents — from favorite family recipes to festive gatherings and storytelling. Those traditions shaped my love for fragrance and the feeling of home they create.

Mi Madre Candle Co. is a registered small business based in Texas, specializing in handmade soy candles made with non-toxic ingredients, lead- and zinc-free wicks, and thoughtfully curated fragrance blends. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention.

Inspired by my Mexican American roots and a touch of Greek heritage from my husband, our collections blend culture, memory, and warmth into every product we create.

We operate primarily as an online and made-to-order business, serving customers through our website, Etsy shop, local markets, and pop-up events. We do not operate a public retail storefront. Orders are shipped directly to customers or fulfilled through approved pickup or event partnerships.
