Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped via USPS.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

After processing, estimated transit times are:

  • North America: 5–7 business days

Please note that these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Once your package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, Mi Madre Candle Co is not responsible for carrier delays, rerouting, or failed delivery attempts.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available in designated areas of Austin and Round Rock. A minimum order amount applies. Delivery timing will be coordinated after purchase.

Local Pickup (By Arrangement Only)

Order pickup is available at Lampost Coffee — Downtown location — by arrangement only after your order is completed. This is a pickup location only and not a Mi Madre Candle Co retail storefront. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
